Warsaw in the last two decades becomes a cosmopolitan city. Yet not so much as London or New York but on a local scale.
WARSAW MODERN CITIZEN is a sociological documentary project. The idea was to portray contemporary residents of the capital. Not only those born and raised but all citizens living here on a daily basis. Visitors from across the Poland and Europe. Through one of the social networks I organized an event and invited all the friends and anyone who heard about the project. During the two days of shooting. I photographed 130 people. The most important element of each picture was to focus on the eyes and the story told by the model. There was no room for smiles and posing. I wanted to extract natural and real emotions.
The following series presents a collection of 60 chosen pictures.
